We started in 2023 with a simple conviction: relocating a pet should not feel like shipping a package. A move usually starts as good news. Then comes the wall of airline rules, CFIA paperwork, and conflicting advice, at exactly the moment a family is most worried about their animal. So we built the service we would want as pet owners ourselves: one advisor who plans the route, checks every requirement, and stays with you until your pet is home. We have planned moves within Canada and abroad, and we treat every one like it is the move that matters most, because to you it is.
Our team is certified in the IATA Live Animals Regulations, the standard airlines require for carrying live animals, and we prepare export documentation for CFIA endorsement on every move leaving Canada. Canada does not issue an operating licence for pet relocation brokers, so the things worth checking are training, references, and whether one named person owns your file. On our moves, one does.
